See Change enjoys strong relationships with a network of evaluation, community development, and video production professionals in the Bay Area and nationally. We draw on this network when the scope and scale of a project calls for additional capacity or specialization.

Rebecca joined See Change in 2010 as a Senior Research Associate. Ms. Aced-Molina has 15 years experience working with community based organizations, public services and private foundations in organization development directed at positive social change. In 2000 Rebecca established RAM Consulting, which specializes in evaluation, facilitation, capacity building and coaching. Rebecca has supported local community change efforts with clients such as The California Endowment, East Bay Asian Youth Center, LeaderSpring, and the California/Hawaii Public Health Leadership Institute, as well global health programs such as the Population Leadership Program, My Voice, My Life (a collaboration between Public Health Institute and the Mexican Institute for Research in Family and Population) and the Mesoamerican Health Initiative.
Rebecca is fluent in Spanish and English and her specialties include developing innovative approaches to evaluating social change, supporting cross cultural alliances, facilitating participatory decision making, and enhancing personal and organizational learning. Rebecca has a BS in Applied Behavioral Sciences from UC Davis and an MA in International Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco.
